KIPP toggle clamps are designed to provide a premium clamping experience, with heavy-duty construction, ergonomic design, and features designed with safety and convenience in mind.
Horizontal toggle clamps are designed so that the handle and clamping arm are at 180° when clamped. When released, they rise to be nearly vertical (the clamping arm to nearly 90°, and the handle to nearly 70°, varying slightly by model).
Horizontal toggle clamps, "KIPP Lock" design
Featuring over-center locking, this is KIPP's standard toggle clamp, suitable for nearly every workholding application.

Horizontal toggle clamps, "KIPP lock+" design
In addition to over-center locking, a positive-lock mechanism prevents accidental release of these toggle clamps. The paddle grip features a thick black ring around its perimeter, which must be slid backwards to release the clamp. This added layer of safety is particularly useful for fixtures that rotate for welding on the reverse side.
